What counts as an SOP?
One SOP generated from one video. Editing or re-publishing it later doesn’t use another.
Do unused Pro SOPs roll over?
No. Your 30 SOPs reset at the start of each billing month, on annual plans too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. For billing errors, contact us and we’ll review your case.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone with the link to a published SOP can open it.
What happens to my SOPs if I downgrade?
Your SOPs stay in your account. Export, copy and team invites are only available on Pro.
