Overview
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for SOP Creator by Abscribe subscriptions. It reflects the Refund Policy and Billing and Cancellation sections of our Terms of Use.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Refunds
- Non-Refundable: All subscription purchases are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods; we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or features.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Immediate Termination: If you delete your account or your account is suspended due to violation of any terms, all active subscriptions will terminate immediately, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
- Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Billing and Cancellation
- Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle, monthly or annually, unless canceled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
- Failure to Cancel: If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your payment method will be charged for the next billing cycle.
